Overview dashboard

The home of your Server. Players online, revenue today, top campaigns, and live activity at a glance.

The Overview is the first page you see when you open a Server. It's a fast read of how your Server is doing: players, revenue, where they're coming from, and where they're from in the world.

Pick a time range at the top and every chart and list below reacts to it.

What's on it

Stat cards

The row at the top of the page shows the big numbers for the selected window:

  • Total players
  • New players in the selected window
  • Online now
  • Total revenue (only meaningful if your Tebex store is connected)

Charts

Two charts sit below the stat cards:

  • Online players over time so you can see daily/weekly rhythm and peak slots. The chart header also shows peak online for the selected window.
  • New players over time so you can spot creator spikes or campaigns landing.

Platform split

A compact breakdown of Java vs Bedrock players, plus the top versions your players are on. Useful for deciding which version to target when you update.

Top hostnames

A ranked list of the hostnames players are joining through, with how many players came through each one. This is where you see whether pewds.yourserver.com is actually pulling more than play.yourserver.com.

Full attribution (knowing which Campaign each hostname is tied to) is where this becomes really useful.

Top countries

A world map + ranked list of where your players are coming from, with player counts per country.

How to use it

The Overview isn't the page you deep-dive from. It's the page you glance at to decide where to dig next.

  1. 1

    Glance at the stat cards

If total players, new players, online, or revenue look off, take note.

  2. 2

    Check the charts for spikes

An unexpected spike usually means a creator posted new content. A sudden drop usually means a bug or lag spike.

  3. 3

    Scan top hostnames

If one is outperforming its baseline, that's a Campaign worth doubling down on. If one is at zero and you expected joins, the tracking subdomain probably isn't wired right.

  4. 4

    Done

Use the hostname list to jump into the matching domain / hostname detail, then open Campaigns or Players if you want to dig further.

Daily habit

Most teams open the Overview once a day with their morning coffee. Thirty seconds, and you know if anything needs attention.

For Networks

Open the Overview from a Network and every metric is rolled up across all Servers in that Network. Platform split, top hostnames, and top countries all show the combined numbers so you see the whole picture at once.

  • Campaigns for attributing hostnames to a specific creator or ad
  • Players to drill into who's joining and where they're from
  • Dashboards for building custom views beyond the default Overview
  • AI chat for asking questions about anything on the Overview
