Forecasting

Weekday-aware revenue baseline with typical ranges — useful for monthly planning.

Forecasting gives you a rough idea of where revenue is heading based on how you've been doing lately. It's not a crystal ball — think "if we keep going like this, about how much will we make?"

Open Insights → Forecasting from a Server or Network.

Enterprise plan required

Revenue forecasting is an Enterprise feature. Free and Pro plans see a locked page with an upgrade prompt.

Store required

Forecasting is based on purchase history. Connect a store (Tebex, CraftingStore, or a custom webhook) if the page is empty.

What's on it

Four headline numbers

  • Projected month-end revenue — where the current month is likely to land
  • 30-day projection — expected revenue over the next 30 days (fixed forward window)
  • Average daily revenue — your typical day lately (14-day average), with a trend arrow
  • Median early LTV — typical early spend for players acquired in the last 30 days

Use these for quick planning: "Can we afford that creator deal?" or "Are we on track for the month?"

Revenue forecast chart

A chart with three layers:

  • Solid line — what you actually earned each day
  • Dashed line — the baseline projection if recent weekday patterns continue
  • Shaded band — a typical range based on recent volatility (wider further out)

The projection uses weekday seasonality and your recent 7-day average — not a straight-line trend. It won't predict a viral video or a server outage, but it gives a honest planning range.

Headline cards show the baseline estimate with a typical range underneath for month-end and 30-day totals.

How to use it

  1. 1

Check projected month-end once a week

Compare it to your costs (hosting, creators, staff). Are you ahead or behind?

  2. 2

    Read the chart direction

Flat dotted line = steady. Climbing = good recent run. Falling = investigate Store and Acquisition before the month ends.

  3. 3

    Don't treat projections as promises

Use them for planning, not for guarantees to partners.

  4. 4

    Fix problems in other tabs

Forecasting shows the trajectory. Store and Campaigns show what's driving it.

Networks

Network Forecasting rolls up revenue across every Server in the Network into one projection.

Tips

  • A bad week moves the line fast. One quiet weekend can pull projections down — check if it's real or temporary.
  • Compare to last month manually once in a while. Projections look forward; your gut remembers backward.
  • Pair with Business Health goals. Set a revenue goal on Server or Network Business Health and use Forecasting to see if you're likely to hit it.
